The scripts are sent. The actors are confirmed. We are nearly ready to begin production on The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Written by Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) in 1876, this book follows Tom and his quaint village through a journey that includes love, murder and a whole lot of playing hooky.
This original adaptation will not deviate much from the book's plot, but we are certainly going to give the piece an original touch. The production will feature minimalist set suggestions so that we can give significant attention to the iconic images of the show (think about that picket fence).
We begin on Monday, June 15th at 9AM.
